As one of the most complex and costly components of the Development effort, for years KMR Group has worked with groups focusing on the area of clinical enrollment: helping establish clear performance metrics, collecting large clinical datasets, and using this data to effectively -- and confidentially -- assess performance and accentuate areas in need of improvement.
